FREE ZONE BUSINESS

The easiest way to settle down business in UAE is to use free zone facilities. In that way all procedures from the very early beginning till establishing the company will take about 24 hours. The foreigner will posses 100% ownership. But please be advised that not all kind of companies can be established in free zones. At the moment we have for free zones: two are located in Dubai, one is in AbuDhabi and the last one in Sharjah. Some new free zones are under construction in the rest of The UAE.

OUTSIDE FREE ZONE BUSINESS

To settle business in UAE outside free zones it is also very easy, but you have to find local national agent for partnership. The most popular kind of company you can establish is Limited Liability Capital Company (LLC). Under this kind of partnership the local will be 51% share holder and foreigner will be 49% share holder.

Documents required to establish LLC business:

• Application Form
• Leasing Contract
• Passport copy of each partner
• ID local
• Registration Certificate from The Ministry of Chamber, Commerce and Industry
• Company Establishment Contract (board of directors)
• Power of Attorney attested and translated
• Local Agent Contract
• Mother Company Registration Certificate
